Make sure that the milk foam is fine and velvety. Carefully smooth the milk foam surface with a spoon to shape the milk foam and remove the air bubbles.

Tip: The air bubbles can be removed by carefully banging the cappuccino cup on the table.

We recommend using chocolate sauce to decorate cappuccinos. Make sure you use cold, liquid chocolate sauce.

Draw three lines as shown in the illustration.

Tip: Fill the chocolate sauce into a pipette to make decoration easier.

Then use a wooden skewer to draw a line from the bottom to the top. Afterwards wipe the foam off the wooden skewer with a cloth.

Then draw a line with the wooden skewer from the top to the bottom, then from the bottom to the top again. Try to keep an equal distance from the existing line. After each line, wipe the foam off the wooden skewer.
